like a spiderweb

and that old poison travels through my circulatory system again
paralyzing me
and you put on this display
you blow back  into my life
and you spin your web
knowing
and it's futile for me to resist
and secretly i smile
i love this feeling
i enjoy the dance
the capture
you've always had a strange way of saying "I Love You"
