my mouth finds yours in dark
sparks
as i suck the air out of the base of your lungs
and our tongues dance
there's magic in your kiss
passion in my touch
we are intertwined
divine
and you encourage me to leave the past behind
what lies in front of me is sweeter than anything i've ever known
your smile burns a hole right through my heart
when your hands touch me i feel the energy
electric
and your words fall like prayers on my skin
our love is fertile
it's giving birth to evolution
us
we
are evolving
resolving
the grief we've held onto for so long
falls like dead leaves
leaving room for regrowth
a new energy
